All LUSSO mattresses are covered by a 15-year structural warranty, in which the warranty period starts on the purchase date stated on sales invoice. LUSSO guarantees to repair or replace your mattress if it is deemed as manufacturing defects on coil structure or workmanship faults made during production; any man-made damage caused by user will be excluded. If identical products or materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, LUSSO reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or similar quality.
